What should I do if I made a deposit but funds weren't credited?
- Check the payment details for accuracy.
- If everything is correct, follow these steps:
- Click "Wallet" → "History".
- At the bottom click "Missing deposit".
- Select from the list the deposit that wasn't credited.
- Attach the payment receipt in PDF format.
- Enter a comment for the request.
- Click "Create request".
- Wait for the verification results.
